Jeffrey & Elizabeth
December 10, 2016
Jeffrey & Elizabeth had a picturesque December day for their winter wedding complete with snow flurries in the air (the bride prayed all night for snow) to add to the ambience of the day. Their winter/Christmas themed wedding was adorned with holiday decorations which were accented with the colors claret and gold throughout the details. As you scroll through their pictures be sure to check out the focal point of the décor, the exquisitely handcrafted entrance to their reception area at the inn.
Jeffrey and Elizabeth have the sweetest love story. He is from Tennessee and she is originally from Michigan. They were both active in FFA and both became state officers which lead to their acquaintance at a leadership camp. FFA brought them to each other and love will keep them together. The locations for their bridal portraits were all about agriculture and their lives together, including the bride's family farm. I love it when I get to photograph in cow barns and corn fields, add a bride in her beautiful gown and a groom in his tux and it becomes perfect. Then to top it all off, we even had a lovely winter sunset to end the day.
Jeffrey and Elizabeth, I wish you the merriest of Christmases as husband and wife and may you be abundantly blessed in your future together.
Their wedding ceremony was held at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Owosso with the Reception following at the lovely Comstock Inn. A special thanks my assistant photographer of the day, Rachael Isobel Photo.
