Andrew & Jaclyn 6.19.2015

Andrew and Jaclyn had a perfectly beautiful wedding day.   From their Catholic Mass, to our visit to Michigan State University's campus, to their reception at Andrew's family farm, everything was so well fitted to them and their relationship.  Andrew and Jaclyn are a living testament of love and devotion and you could see it reflected in their faces the entire day.  The road to their wedding day wasn't an easy road to travel and some couples may have faltered along the way, however their dedication and love for each other saw them through to the end.   Needless to say, it was joyous celebration not only for Andrew and Jaclyn, but for their family and friends as well.

The ladies began their day at a Lansing hotel, with Jacyln's cousin, Jillian of Suburban Image Salon, who traveled from Woodstock Georgia to help the girls get ready and was their hair stylist.  Andrew's day began at the family farm.  Be sure to check out the image of him in his parent's living room, I love the photo of him with his dog that just happened to be on the table near the window.  We traveled to MSU's Lewis Landscape Arboretum for portraits before the ceremony and then traveled back to campus after the wedding for portraits of the couple and the wedding party.  Andrew and Jaclyn met while they were students at Michigan State University and had lots of great memories from their time there.  They walked over the bridge near "Sparty" together many times, and photos on the bridge were Jacyln's only real special request, so of course we made it happen.

The reception at the family farm couldn't have been more perfect.  The barn was transformed into a great reception venue with the centerpiece being a quilt that the groom's mother made for them.  The quilt pattern, "The Farmer's Wife."  The beverage cooler was also real treasure.  Be sure to look for the photos of it as you scroll through the memories of Andrew and Jacyln's wedding day.  My favorite photos of the day were the ones we did at sunset.  We couldn't have asked for more perfect ending.

Best wishes for your "happily ever after!"
